“Do what sets you on fire while you still can; you’ll die soon.” Success Jackson
Good evening sir. This is Personality Friday With Mimi. Can we meet you?
I am Success Jackson (Controversial Success). I tell and teach the truth by thinking without a box and making you think like that too through writing, singing, speaking and teaching how to do the aforementioned and more.
Which of these are you best at doing?
I see them as one and my progress in one effects all.
As a teacher, is it possible for anyone not to have a voice for singing?
Well… Yes.I have met a few individuals who may spend at least 2-3 years on vocal training and medicine to sing just well enough. Now this usually is not a case of ‘ability’ but a case of their vocal anatomy; there are individuals with twisted vocal cords and all that.
So, what do you think it takes to be a writer?
Anyone can. It doesn’t take anything to write if you are literate, imaginative and a thinker.
What would you say about a speaker that doesn’t speak?
A speaker who doesn’t speak is not a speaker. The activity justifies the title.
What would you say to those who would have been speakers but being stopped by timidity?
The world is too cruel and timidity is the worst reaction to her cruelty. Shine your eyes; when you die, people will cry, but sister, nobody go follow you die. So, break away from that timidity knowing you do not have all the time in the world.
What aspect do you write more?
I am more of a creative writer – by this I mean; poetry and short stories.
Poetry is one word most poets have personal definition to. What’s poetry to you?
Poetry is an art that lets man use the finest of language to heal the sorest of wound, throw the biggest of blows, engage the very reasonability of man.
Why do you love teaching?
I don’t know. It’s been a part of me since childhood.
So, what do you have to say to other youths out there?
Do what sets you on fire while you still can; you’ll die soon.
