Personality Friday With Mimi

Good afternoon sir. This is Personality Friday With Mimi. Can we meet you?

I’m Obi Emmanuel Ifeanyi. I’m an Executive Life coach, Entrepreneur and Content Creator.
Also, I’m an unshakable optimist dedicated to helping you become the person you most want to be.

I am devoted to sharing ideas, tools and resources that will help you create a better, stress free, well balanced life.

The saying “life no balance” has created a lot of controversy in time past. Some say the issue is we humans and not actually life.

What’s your view on this?

I believe that the people that use this funny phrase are self-loathing.

They keep shouting “Life no balance” and in turn, it becomes their reality.

I know of a friend of mine who didn’t have money, didn’t come from a wealthy home but he didnt allow it stop him.

When others were shouting “o wrong nau” “life no balance”, he was busy building his career.

Does that mean one’s thinking affect one’s action?

My view…..

Yes….the mind is the starting point of all success.

Even failures too.

“The mind is the starting point of all success”

There’s this thing people refer to as “law of karma”. Do you think it’s real or just an archaic belief?

I really don’t know how to answer because it’s more of a controversial topic.

I am a Christian.

Correct me if I’m wrong, it states that “what goes around comes around”.

I guess I’m leaving that to God to judge.

Mheerah-dee once said “listen to the voice of conscience, it’s one way to love your neighbor as yourself”.
Would you agree with this or otherwise?

This is tricky!

Even though there’s an iota of truth to this, I still have a side opinion.

Bible actually made that statement, so it’ll be wise to understand the way it was used.

Loving your neighbour won’t be easy if you dont love yourself first.

As a content creator, how do you identify good content?

Is there any rule to it?

Not just scratching the surface.

I mostly do personal development.
So, when i see something on it, I look out for syntax, arrangements, punctuation.

“Syntax, arrangement and punctuation”

So, how did you become a content creator?

I started out as one of these regular writers with quotes and birthday posts.

Even though I knew I had something for quality, creating something beautiful, I ignored it in fear of criticism from people.

I took a course and boom, I started working and improving.

One of my posts on this blue app caught the fancy of a man and that was how I was recruited as part of his team.
I’m into creating content for his company’s brand, both articles and video ones.

Research has proven that almost every Nigerian once thought of suicide as a child.
Do you think there’s something parents should stop or be cautious of?

There’s a lot and most times it’s not always the case.

People complain majorly on failing their parents, complain on comparism with peers and some other ones.

Parents should love uncompromisingly, irrespective of the situation of things.

Parents should be careful with the way they compare their kids with other children out there because those ones are the supposed good and happening ones.

Parents should be careful of what their kids are being exposed to at a young age.

And more others.

Have you ever been in a situation you felt like giving up?
If yes, how did you overcome it?

I drew inspiration from past successes and the love of my life, Mom.

Many times, we feel like giving up and throwing in the towel, we are but humans.

Find your rhythm, your own rare magic and motivation. Pick yourself up and keep going, it’s worth it in the end.

” …we are but humans”

After the 2020 pandemic, the number of depressed people rose to an high level.
What would you advise anyone depression has become a part of?

Get help!
I shout it everytime.

Get help before it’s too late!

There are persons whose sole duty is to help out.

Prayer works too.
